Guest Services Manager / Guest Services Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for various front office duties, including on-day room sales and night audit management;
  • Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel.
  • Supervise and ensure that frontline staff provide guests with exceptional service and engage guests in delightful conversations;
  • Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response;
  • Carry out room inspection for VIP;
  • Handle guests’ complaints and emergency situation in a professional manner;
  • Provide on the job training to frontline staff;
  • Ensure effective cross-departmental communication to achieve operational effectiveness; and
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred;
  • With 3-4 years’ experience in the role of Front Desk Supervisor / Assistant Manager;
  • Passionate about connecting with people and creating new guest experience;
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills;
  • Mature, pleasant, detail-minded, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skills and high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Guest Services Supervisor.

  • Passionate about connecting with people and creating new guest experiences;
  • Pleasant, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skills and high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the role of Senior Guest Services Officer.

(Senior) Room Attendant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting and polishing, and replenishing amenities, etc.
  • Greet guests and response to guests’ requests in a courteous and efficient manner;
  • Report any damaged items or unusual circumstances to supervisors
  • Assist in room checking;
  • Record and maintain an accurate stock of linen and amenities; and
  • Shift Duty is required.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in hotel industry (or those who have completed vocational training);
  • Pleasant, efficient, independent and well organized;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the role of Senior Room Attendant.

Any wear and tears encountered, our engineers are there at the speed of light to ensure a safe, quality hotel experience, performing routine and preventative maintenance to protect our hotel assets.

Our Project Development team will be responsible for the consultancy and management of the project - from design to post-construction stage of the hotel redevelopment, including design development, demolition, foundation, superstructure construction, to the completion of project. Finance & Accounting is the fuel that continuously runs BHG and in this role, the team member is to provide stakeholders and management with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data, whilst managing the audit function within the Group to ensure financial profitability.

At the end of the day, a business runs on numbers. The Revenue & Sales team gets the vital job of making decisions regarding the hotel rate setting and forecasting. This role exposes our member to pricing and hotel trends, on both a local and international scale. In addition, the team member will be in charge of the implementation of revenue management methods to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand marketing and customer needs.

Our Branding & DNA team is constantly creating, building and innovating. Creativity runs in their veins and they are constantly inspired by the world around them, from music to art and fashion. Through these unique experiences, they drum up new ideas to sustain and fuel the DNA of each of our brands under the Group.
