Contract Guest Services Officer (5-Month)

You love:

  • To carry out all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient manner.

Contract Guest Services Manager (Maternity Cover)

You love:

  • Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel.
  • Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management.
  • Carry out room inspection for VIP.
  • Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints.
  • Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to hotel guests.
  • Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently.

Your characteristics:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is mostly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in the role of supervisory or management level at front desk.
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Mature, pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Any wear and tears encountered, our engineers are there at the speed of light to ensure a safe, quality hotel experience, performing routine and preventative maintenance to protect our hotel assets.

Our Project Development team will be responsible for the consultancy and management of the project - from design to post-construction stage of the hotel redevelopment, including design development, demolition, foundation, superstructure construction, to the completion of project. See your project come to life!

Finance & Accounting is the fuel that continuously runs BHG and in this role, the team member is to provide stakeholders and management with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data, whilst managing the audit function within the Group to ensure financial profitability.

At the end of the day, a business runs on numbers. The Revenue & Sales team gets the vital job of making decisions regarding the hotel rate setting and forecasting. This role exposes our member to pricing and hotel trends, on both a local and international scale. In addition, the team member will be in charge of the implementation of revenue management methods to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand marketing and customer needs.

Our Branding & DNA team is constantly creating, building and innovating. Creativity runs in their veins and they are constantly inspired by the world around them, from music to art and fashion. Through these unique experiences, they drum up new ideas to sustain and fuel the DNA of each of our brands under the Group.
